I have been a registered dental hygienist for 44 years and have been with the practice for over 23 years.

Growing up on Long Island, NY, I graduated from State University of New York at Farmingdale and moved to Virginia Beach with my husband in 1993. One of my favorite things to do is spend time with my family and we love to travel! I always have a camera in my hand as I love creating memories, taking pictures of beautiful places we have visited and special moments with family and friends.

I am so proud to be a part of the Shore Smiles team with Drs' Christian and Tanya Mullin and (even after all these years) continue to learn and grow.

I’ve been in dentistry for almost 30 years now, 20 of which has been as a dental hygienist here at Shore Smiles.

I love the relationships I’ve made with my patients; every appointment is like catching up with old friends.

After graduating from ODU with a BS degree in Dental Hygiene, Maria has been working as a dental hygienist for 21 years.

She moved to Virginia Beach from the Philippines in 1998 and has loved taking care of and getting to know her patients ever since. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, cooking, and watching romantic comedies.

A Norfolk native, I have been in the dental field in one way or another for over half my life. The joy of dentistry was nurtured by my working with family as a teen, and I couldn't imagine not having my dental family who I get to grow with and love!

I truly enjoy interacting with folks and helping to create happy, healthy smiles, one person at a time. I am blessed to have a wonderful family and church family, and, when not talking up a storm, I can usually be found with them, or playing with some of the many youngsters who call me "Aunt Beth." I like games and music and dogs and books and ice cream and laughing, and do my best to avoid sunburns and cooking.

Mheanne Garcia, from the Philippines, graduated from Manila Central University. I have been a dental assistant at Shore Smiles Dentistry with over 30 years of experience. Specializing in restorative, crown and bridge, and orthodontics.

During my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading books, crafting and listening to music.

My name is Lisa and I am a dental assistant. I have two daughters, Tianna age 21, and Lillianna age 9. I love having family time with my mom and my girls playing cards and games. l like to joke and be silly as often as I can. I like to fix things and work on cars. Most of all, tools and gadgets are my favorite.

I knew as a kid I wanted to help people. I was driving one day and came across a sign that said, be a dental assistant. This is when I decided being a dental assistant was for me! I knew I could help people in so many ways. Since 2004, at the beginning of my dental assisting career, I continue to enjoy building relationships and helping people with their dental needs.

Hi, my name is Jenny! I have 18 years of experience in the field of dentistry, 16 of which have been dedicated to working with various insurance providers, specializing in dental insurance. It's been incredibly rewarding to help patients navigate the complexities of their coverage and ensure they receive the best care possible.

When I'm not at the office, my greatest joy comes from my beautiful family. I am blessed with three incredible children and an amazing grandson. They bring immense happiness and purpose to my everyday life.

Lani (La-Nee) will be joining the practice as our team mascot! Her name means heaven in Hawaiian and she is named after the place we wed at. She loves long walks especially at Chick’s Beach, sitting on the couch like a cat, barking at nothing, and head scratches.

She’s very affectionate, but can be shy when you first meet her. She’s super soft and when she’s not matted, she resembles a living stuffed teddy bear. She hangs out at the front with our amazing team! Say hi to her and give her some love!
